Importer responsibility
Prospective buyers must independently identify destination import, food-safety, labelling, customs and related requirements. Responsibility for compliance in a transaction is established in separate commercial terms—not by this website alone.
Niluza is being established as the seller and exporter of record for qualified international orders. Commercial supply and shipment are subject to completion of the applicable registrations, product availability and destination requirements.
Trade FAQ
- Does submitting an enquiry create an order?
- No. An enquiry starts qualification. A transaction arises only under separate, express commercial terms.
- Which Incoterms can be quoted?
- Depending on product, destination and order structure, quotations may be prepared on EXW, CIF or CIP terms. Nothing on this site guarantees every term for every order.
- Are smaller wholesale orders welcome?
- Yes, including hospitality buyers, when format and the indicative MOQ from 50 kg can be met after qualification.
